About the On-Demand Access Pass
On November 1, 2024, AACVPR will launch an on-demand access pass inclusive of virtual sessions, recordings and so much more. Emerging professional are required to submit documentation of current status as a student or verify two years or less of practice in the field.

How to Register as an AACVPR Member (Click to expand)
- Active AACVPR members who have renewed through June 30, 2025, please select your registration price and type under the "Member" section.
- If you have not renewed your membership, you will need to pay separately from your annual meeting registration. Log on to the AACVPR portal and go to the "My Profile" page to process your payment by credit card or to create an invoice to pay by check. Once your payment has been processed, you can complete your annual meeting registration at the member rate.
- **If your current AACVPR membership expires on June 30, 2024, and you do not intend to renew your membership through June 2025, please register as a Non-Member.

How to Register as an Emerging Professional (Click to expand)
Students or new CR/PR rehab professionals working two years or less must contact AACVPR for information about Annual Meeting registration.
How to Register as a Group (Click to expand)
Groups of three or more people from the same hospital system can get 10% off their general registration. Pre-meeting workshops and guest tickets are not included in this discount rate. To receive the discount one person from the group must download the Group Registration Template and send it back to aacvpr@aacvpr.org. The spreadsheet must remain in the Excel format. The contact for the group will receive the discount codes after all eligible parties have been uploaded in the annual meeting registration database.
