About the On-Demand Access Pass
On October 16, 2023, AACVPR will launch a on-demand access pass inclusive of virtual sessions, recordings and so much more. You can purchase this pass as an add-on to your in-person event registration or as a stand-alone subscription. Please see the below for information on pricing and the registration process.
Registration Cancellation Policy: A $75 admin fee will be deducted for cancellations received by Thursday, August 31, 2023. No refunds will be issued after this date.

* Please contact aacvpr@aacvpr.org to register as a non-member emerging professional. Emerging professional are required to submit documentation of current status as a student or verify two years or less of practice in the field.
Steps to Success
How to Register as an AACVPR Member (Click to expand)
- Active AACVPR members who have renewed through 6/30/2024, please select your registration price and type under the Member section.
- If you have not renewed your membership you will need to pay separately from your annual meeting registration. Log on to the AACVPR portal and go to the "My Profile" page to process your payment by credit card or to create an invoice to pay by check. Once your payment has been processed you can complete your annual meeting registration at the member rate.
- **If your current AACVPR membership expires on 6/30/2023, and you do not intend to renew your membership through June 2024 please register as a Non-Member.

Students or new CR/PR rehab professionals working two years or less must contact AACVPR for information about Annual Meeting registration.
How to Register as a Group (Click to expand)
Groups of three or more people from the same hospital system can get 10% off their general registration. Pre-meeting workshops and guest tickets are not included in this discount rate. To receive the discount one person from the group must download the Group Discount Excel spreadsheet and send it back to aacvpr@aacvpr.org. The spreadsheet must remain in the Excel format. The contact for the group will receive the discount codes after all eligible parties have been uploaded in the annual meeting registration database. Please use the attached spreadsheet.
